Repair Kit for Release Mechanism of Reese Goose Box Trailer Coupler

Question:

Our reese revolution hitch will not release. The arm is not connecting to release.

A Reese Revolution pin box does not have a release cable but their Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapters, such as # RP85FR, do have a release mechanism consisting of a cable and actuating arm. Please refer to the linked photo.

My contact at Reese advised that failures of the release are quite uncommon but we do have a repair kit that consists of a shaft, arm and hardware, part # BD1542S01.

I need to replace my release cable on my Reese 20k goose box , goose ball hitch but cannot find the release cable anywhere

@ReleaseC We do not carry the release cable as a replacement part. I recommend reaching out directly to Reese to see if they are able to get you that release cable.
