Fit of Old Fixed Steps on 2009 Toyota Tacoma

My son gave me a set of carr hoop two steps for my 1996 Toyota they were lost for years . I just found them but now I drive a 2009 Toyota. My question is can I install these steps on my 2009 Toyota Tacoma.I would be thankful for any input you can give me on this matter. Thank you.

Running boards/steps and the installation kits required to mount them are both vehicle-specific. The 1996 and 2009 model years of the Toyota Tacoma are parts of different generations of the truck and so it is all but a sure thing that they will not share any fits for this kind of item.
You can see confirmed fits for steps for both model year Tacomas using the links provided. At the top of each page use the drop-down menu tool to Select Vehicle Style. You'll then see options for that truck version.
You can then narrow the items shown using the filters on the page. You can sort by material, color, dimension, brand, etc. For example, for a fixed black aluminum step for an Access cab you can use Carr part # CARR104501.
