So this may be a dumb question but I want to be sure I get this right. Aside from the wiring kit, is there anything else I need to purchase for the trailer hitch? The only reason I am confused is because the installation instructions show a part and states that its not provided. But that part looks like one that is provided. Anyway, I just want to be sure I dont need anything other than the wiring! Thanks!

I checked the install instructions and there is nothing that the Draw-Tite # 24798 you referenced does not include to allow it to be installed. Everything you need to install this hitch is included.
For trailer wiring you would need the part # 118545.
The hitch does not come with a ball mount. For a ball you would want part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball.
