Question:
Hi, I recently bought a GMC 1999 Sonoma, it does not have a step up rear bumper, its flush. Id like a hitch that would not require me to cut anything. Can you help me out?

Yes, I will be able to help you get the correct hitch. The hitch you will need for your 1999 GMC Sonoma with rear fascia and no step bumper is the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, # 13920. It is a 2 Inch Class III hitch that has a Gross Towing Weight of 3,500 lbs. and a Tongue Weight of 350 lbs.
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75085, you have referenced is for 1999 GMC Sonomas with step-up rear bumpers.
If you will be towing, you will need the Curt Ball Mount, # C45010, and the Pin and Clip, # PC3. You will also need a hitch ball. Depending on the coupler size on the trailer you will be towing you will need either a Tow Ready 1-7/8 inch Hitch Ball, # 19260, or a Tow Ready 2 inch Hitch Ball, # 19247.
If you do not have a factory 4-Way trailer connector on your 1999 GMC Sonoma, then the wiring harness you will need is the Tow Ready Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118359.
I am sending a link to the instructions for the wiring harness.
