Are these chains class s rated? And if so what are the specs for sidewall clearance and tread face clearance.

The Thule Tire Chains part # TH00023100 that you referenced are Class S compatible and have a internal clearance requirement of 9 mm.
Basically you will need more than 9 mm of clearance between the inside of the tire and the frame or body of your vehicle.
