Have a custom 1957 chassis CJ3B with 1943 willys tub which has been extended to fit, looking at your steps, could they fit?

The Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps # CARR101241 that you referenced are a universal fit item that should work well on your 1943 Willys CJ3B.
I don't have specific instructions for this product but if you are mechanically inclined I am sure you could come up with a way to get these to install on your vehicle.
