Question:
Will it fit the mountain addition 2004 wrangler

I looked up the Mountain addition for your vehicle and it didn't mention if it had an aftermarket bumper but it did state fog lights which may be an issue for mounting the Draw-Tite # 65048 hitch.
Because these hitches are tested with the vehicle's base model and not all the trim packages, I would take a look at the instructions for the # 65048 and the Curt # C31028. These two carry the same capacity but mount in two different ways, you may have luck in one or the other. If you do indeed have something where the hitch is supposed to mount for the # 65048 it would have to be removed for installation of the hitch. Neither of the directions specifically say they will not fit your mountain package so it would depend on if there is anything that would be already on the vehicle that it may come into contact with.
If you would like to send me an image of your current vehicle's setup, I would be more than happy to help you further.
