Question:

I have 2013 Ram 2500 with a 2 1/2-inch receiver with a factor sleeve to make it a 2inch receiver. Will code # BWTS10055 work in this fashion and will Code #SHP2040 XL be able to secure the ball mount? Thanks for your help!

If you are using a hitch reducer sleeve such as the Curt # C45402 in your Ram 2500's 2-1/2-inch hitch to allow it to work with 2-inch hitch accessories, then yes you can use the B&W Tow & Stow Pintle Hook # BWTS10055 along with extra-long hitch lock # SHP2040-XL. The B&W has a hollow shank which is required to use this anti-rattle lock.
