Is a replacement Back Plate available for the Surco Spare Tire 3-Bike Carrier # BT300? The plate to which the main assembly piece is attached. It has a flat plate welded to a several inch long square section, and the bolt is threaded into this section. If this is available, how do I obtain it? Thanks.
