Question:
Can I use the T-One #118459 on a 2004 Toyota Corolla? It looks like the wiring clips are the same and I like the idea of getting the power right from the battery.

The TowReady powered wiring harness # 118459 is designed for the 2009 through 2013 model years of the Toyota Corolla. For your 2004 Corolla the recommended harness is Curt # 55542. This kit is simpler to install and actually will deliver higher rated current output than the Tow Ready kit.
Your Corolla has heavier wiring than later model years and so can use the non-powered Curt harness.
However, my contact at Tow Ready did confirm that you could use kit # 118459 on your 2004 Corolla if you wish. Since the Curt harness is lower in cost, an easier install and delivers higher output to the trailer, this is the better choice.
