Yes, I spoke with my contact at Curt and he informed me that the beams that the wheel cradles of their bike rack part 18084 install onto are 1-1/4 inch by 1-1/4 inch which is exactly what the # HRSPRWHR that you referenced will fit so the two will work great together.
