Does this fit on back of car? We have a 2012 Nissan Altima. I need it for electric wheelchair. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I did some research on your 2012 Altima and found that the towing capacity of your vehicle is 1,000 lbs and the maximum tongue weight is 100 lbs.
With the weight of the MaxxTow 30x50 Wheelchair Carrier MT70106 at 85 lbs, that would not leave enough capacity for the electric wheelchair you said you need to carry.
My best recommendation is to have a hitch installed and find a small trailer to load the wheelchair on.
The hitch I recommend is the Draw-Tite Sportframe, part # 24796. This is a Class l trailer hitch and it has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. For a ball mount I recommend part # C45016. This ball mount features a 2-5/8 inch rise or 3-1/4 inch drop. For a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball I recommend part # A-80 and for a 2 inch diameter ball I recommend part # A-82.
