I like the idea of this product but how would you set this up if you are pulling a travel trailer camper?

To use the Darby Extend-A-Truck Kayak Carrier # DTA944-968-924 while towing a trailer at the same time you would either need to use a multipurpose ball mount such as # D210 or install a front mount hitch on the tow vehicle and use it there instead of at the back.

If you had a 2015 Ram 1500 for example you could use front hitch # 31374 as long as the truck is a 4x4.
