I need to know how the 3151-1A base plate installs on the saturn vue XR and where can I buy it? What is the Redline series mentioned?

The 3151-1A base plate kit installs at the front of the vehicle to the subframe and bumper core. The connection points then stick through some of the openings on the front openings on the front bumper cover. You can purchase them on our website or call us to place an order at 1-800-298-8924.
The RedLine series is a special package that Saturn offered on some of their vehicles. The RedLine packages were performance packages that included things like more aggressive body styling, increased engine size or performance and exhaust upgrades.
