We do have a trailer wiring harness that will fit the 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek hybrid with LED lights but Curt harness # C56243 is not a fit. I checked with my contact at Tow Ready and found that you can use harness # 118467 even on the hybrid models. I have linked a video review of this harness for you as well.
