can this rack fit the Durango naked roof ? it is the Raleigh limited edition all black, will the clamps scratch the paint?

The Rhino Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack you mentioned that consists of # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK299 is indeed a fit for your 2015 Durango. The clamps are plastic coated to prevent scratching. This aero style bar is designed for less wind noise but that can be reduced by using a fairing like part # RRRF4 if desired for better wind flow and a sleek look.
