ive already seen so many possibilities of wiring layouts, ive got to be specific,, a 7 point wiring layout for an 2010 f-150 wit factory 4 way, whats it look like?

To add a 7-Way trailer connector to your 2010 Ford F-150 with a factory 4-Way you will need # 37185. This is a partial hardwire installation but on your truck it will be easy. I have linked a video that should help. Go to about the 10 minute, 50 second mark and forward to see the process of accessing the additional wires to make the 7-Way fully functional.
You will also need additional length of wire. Part # 10-1-1 should work to reach the wires on the truck. You may also need butt connectors like # 05732-2.
