Question:
Ive got an Atwood jack on my trailer I dont know the model number....Its very tall and probably a somewhere in the #1200 - #1500 range??? but because its so tall which can be a good thing, it will not allow me to the tailgate of my truck when Im hooked up which can be a bad thing. I was thinking about replacing it with a bolt on the frame, rotating type jack.....Id also like to get a decent wheel that could still be used in a hard packed gravel situation so not too small or narrow, maybe inflatable? Any suggestions???

If the tongue weight of your trailer is less than 500 lbs, the Trailer Valet Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover, part # STC-V211 might be a good choice. The jack swings up next to the trailer frame so it'll be out of the way of your truck tailgate and the jack features two pneumatic tires. This is the only jack we offer with pneumatic tires. If you click the provided link, you can see a demonstration video of the jack. The wheels on the jack are actually driven by one of the crank handles on the jack.
A more standard jack like the Dutton-Lainson # DL22580 would also be a good choice. The jack has a 12 inch lift, a 1500 lb capacity and dual casters for extra stability.
