Can Swagman Park City # S64016 Bicycle Parking Stand be Used in Garage of Toy Hauler

Question:
I have a 2009 Keystone Raptor toy hauler and we carry 4 bicycles in the garage. i was looking at the 6 bike standing bike racks and am particularly interested in the Swagman s64016 rack. do you think this will be appropriate for holding the 4 bikes that we carry? i am sure there will be bounce, but i believe i can secure everything. Thank you in advance for your input.

The Swagman Park City # S64016 Bicycle Parking Stand isn't really intended for the use you propose, but if you can devise some way to secure the rack to the floor and the bikes to the rack, I see no reason whatsoever why it wouldn't work.
