I contacted our representative at WeatherTech and he informed me that the item you selected, WeatherTech Cargo Liner - Gray, part # WT42265, is designed to fit behind the 3rd row of seats when they are being used and/or in the Up position.

Since your seats are folded down, WeatherTech has another cargo liner that covers the entire cargo area when the Stow-N-Go seats are folded down, WeatherTech Cargo Liner - Gray, part # WT42266. This cargo liner will cover the entire area behind the second row of seats while the Stow-N-Go seats are folded down.
