Question:

Hi I understand the roller fits a 3/4 shaft, what I am looking for is the exact leght of the bearing itself?? I have an older i believe shoreliner trailer and it has a shorty shaft lenght than most i see from the factory even though it has not been modified

The Boat Trailer 4-3/8 x 3 inches Ribbed Rocker Roller by Dutton-Lainson, item # DL21564, has a bearing length of 1-5/8 inches. The axle shaft on your trailer would need to be longer thatn 1-5/8 inches for this roller to work on your boat trailer.

We also carry the Boat Trailer 4-1/4 inch Diameter x 4-1/4 inch Long Rocker Roller by Dutton-Lainson, item # DL21562. The bearing surface on this roller is 1/4 inch long and it fits on a 3/4 inch shaft. Basically this roller is built around a large 1/4 inch thick washer.
