The P3 Brake Controller part # 90195 is an excellent choice for a brake controller so you are off to a great start.

To convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install a brake controller all you would need is the part # ETBC7. This comes with everything needed so you would not need the other components you referenced.

Also considering: KS3891 K-Source Universal Towing Mirror - Clip On TTORSEQ Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System AL60728 Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear Will these suspension enhancement systems work well together? Is there anything else I need to make this wiring work?

The towing mirrors part # KS3891 that you referenced would also be a great choice to provide you with a better view behind you while towing. I attached a couple review videos for you to check out for these mirrors as well. You would only want to install one suspension enhancement. Running two together not only wouldn't be possible but it wouldn't do you any good. Once system would be plenty. I would go with the Timbren system part # TTORSEQ as it wouldn't require you to mess with any air lines or maintain air pressure.
