Typically the noise you hear after installing coil springs like the # F4170 is from the metal coils of your suspension rubbing something as the suspension moves. I had this happen on my car once when I installed air springs in it and the problem was that the rubber isolator at the top of the spring was positioned in such a way that it was allowing the metal coil of the spring to touch the frame of the vehicle. When the suspension moved noise was created. I had to go back and reposition the coil on the isolator so that it prevented contact and the noise went away.
