your rubber ladder feet code 8532-cp says diameter is 32mm is this internal or external i need round feet that will fit over 32mm pipe Regards

The Replacement Rubber Feet # 8532-CP that you referenced is designed to fit on 1 inch diameter pipe. 32 mm is much bigger than that so I doubt these would stretch to fit.
