Yes, there is a trailer hitch available for your 2016 Audi A6. I recommend Curt trailer hitch # C11423. This is a Class I trailer hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.
Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or cargo carrier) per their warranty requirements.
