According to my research your 2010 GMC Sierra 2500 uses a 921-type backup light bulb. We offer a standard incandescent bulb, part # DI39VR, as well as three brighter LED-types from Putco that you can see on the link provided.
If you happen to be using the Hopkins Backup Alert # HM20101VA that you referenced this alarm uses a 3156-type bulb. We also offer LED-type replacements for this bulb, all shown on the linked page.
