does Thule make any locking assories like the yakima locks for the mega warrior. Would these fit a thule rack?

The Yakima Locking Mount Brackets with SKS Cores # Y07064 is not a universal-fit item but is designed specifically for Yakima's LoadWarrior and MegaWarrior cargo baskets.
Instead, you need the Thule lock, # TH450400 designed specifically for the Thule Canyon XT # TH859XT. It will secure a cover over the hardware that secures the basket to the crossbars so the basket cannot be removed.
