Your 2004 Ford F-150 STX would have came with one of two different mirror styles, so we will want to look at the mirrors on your specific truck to determine fit. If the side view mirrors on your truck look like the mirrors in the picture I attached or in the installation video that I linked, then the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors, # CTM2300A, will fit.
All of our custom towing mirrors will not fit the post style mirrors or the factory extendable mirrors (see photo). If you have the post style mirrors, then I would recommend one of our universal towing mirrors like the K-Source Clip-On Mirrors, # KS3891. This mirror clips to the mirror housing and is secured by rubber straps. I have attached a demonstration video of this mirror for you to check out.
