The main difference is the Reese Hitch part # RP30075 is a slider hitch and the # RP30047 is a stationary hitch.
A stationary hitch is normally used in a long bed truck and slider hitch is used in a short bed truck to give additional clearance at parking lot speeds so tight turns can be made without cab/trailer nose interference.
If you send me the year/make/model of your truck I can help you pick out a rail kit.
I attached review videos for both hitches for you to check out plus a help article on fifth wheel hitches.
