A piano hinge like the part # SH300 could work very well for a replacement hinge for your enclosed trailer. This hinge is 6 feet long and 3 inches wide.
A co-worker here used 3 of the Greasable Hinge Pin, # HP12412G, for a similar application and that is what he recommends using over the piano hinge.
