Can Access LED Tailgate Light Bar be Used in Place of Regular Reverse Lights

is that light SAE compliant to replace a reverse lamp?

Access LED Tailgate Light Bar # A90148 is used in conjunction with reverse lights but it doesn't replace them. On a vehicle you need to have a reverse light on each side of the rear of the vehicle. A single light in the center, even a long one like the Access light bar, would not fit that requirement.
