Will this hitch fit a 1960 Ford F100?

We don't have any custom fit hitches confirmed to fit your 1960 Ford F-100, but a multi-fit hitch like the # 41990-07 could possibly work.
I'd recommend using a hitch like this or having one professionally fabricated by a qualified welder.
