A winch's capacity varies depending on how it is used - on level ground or on an incline - and on how many layers of wire rope will be on the winch drum. For your reference I have linked you to an article concerning winches that explains in detail how these factors affect winch capacity.
Since your load is 5000-Kg (or 11,000-lbs) you will want to carefully select a winch that has enough capacity based on the load and the manner in which you will use it. You may need to use a pulley block like # CU881081 to increase the winch's capacity to match your load. It is always a good idea to select a winch that has more capacity than you actually need from it; this ensures a safety margin and means the unit will not have to work as hard as a lower-rated winch would. This tends to mean a longer working lifespan for the winch.
Videos for the winch and pulley block are linked for you.
