Does Derale Tube-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15503 Have a Thermostat for 180-Degree Bypass

Question:

I wanna know if it has a 180 deg bypass thermostatic in the sandwich adapter because the description is confusing me.

The Derale oil cooler kit you referenced, their Tube-Fin Engine Oil Cooler # D15503, is a non-thermostatic type. There is no bypass in the sandwich adapter so the cooler will pass engine oil continuously through its tubing. Up to a 50-degree temperature drop is possible depending on the exact installation position.
