Question:
Im looking at getting your Westin Ultimate Bull Bar with Skid Plate - 3inch Tubing - Black Powder Coated Steel - 2013 Toyota 4Runner I have a 2013 Toyota 4Runner 4wd SR5 and I want to know if I can mount a light bar onto that bull bar or just do the circle lights. I want the light bar though. If the light bar works as well what size light bar would you recommend?

The Westin # 32-3605 Ultimate Bull Bar you referred to is a fit for your 4Runner.
The Ultimate Bull Bar does indeed offer integrated mounts on the lower crossbar so you can mount lamps up to 6 inches in diameter.
The lamp mounting holes in the bar are 18-1/2 inches apart on center. We do have some Vision-X light bars that would fit, like # XIL-LPX1540 for a flood beam. The flood beam spreads the light that's given off over a larger area. The lamps aren't cheap, but they are extremely rugged and carry a lifetime warranty. If you'll be doing some serious off-roading after dark, they're what I'd recommend.
