04 ram 2500 put a alum flatbed on it how do I mount the 5 th wheel and rail I already have in the old bed

There's really no easy way to install the fifth wheel hitch and rails you have currently into the bed of your truck that now has an aluminum flat bed.
It would take a very custom install that would require a qualified fabricator to come up with a way to attach the rails to the frame of your truck. Typically for flat bed trucks we recommend the Reese Low Profile Fifth Wheel Hitch part # RP30054 that you referenced as it is lower in height and works well on flat bed trucks but also requires a custom install. Check out the install instructions I attached for this hitch to the right as well.
