For the # C-007XL the wiring colors are as follows.

The white wire on both sides of the converter box is the ground.
The green wire is the right stop/turn circuit
The yellow wire is the left stop/turn circuit between 4-way and converter and only left turn between the converter and light.
The brown wire is the running lights circuit for both sides.
The red wire that is only between the converter box and the light assembly is the stop light circuit.
