Hello, neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at an RV backup camera system with a rear mount and an included seven inch screen or monitor. So folks, this wired camera system's gonna improve your rear view visibility on your RV or camper, or possibly even for a farm implement. So I've been seeing these for years, and my idea was, why not put one of these on the back of maybe a combine or something like that if you're filling up a grain truck or vice versa, something of that nature. Construction workers, maybe something where you need to see where you're dumping dirt or gravel or something like that maybe, could potentially be an option for you as well. Now, this system does support up to three cameras.
Those cameras are sold separately. If you wanna get them, you can purchase them here at etrailer.com. The seven inch display monitor is LED with the backlit control buttons, and it's gonna give you a nice display of the view of the camera. Now, it's got brightness, color contrast, image orientation, and volume level that you could easily adjust with the included buttons and everything on the screen. Now, this is NTSC and PAL video signal compatible.
And the camera itself has a 1/3 inch CMOS sensor to provide the digital video in full color. Now, some quick things to note is that you're gonna get all these cables here with it, super long lengths, the mount for the camera itself, and then you've got a mount built in here on the viewing screen that you can bolt down in place on the dash or deck or wherever you're gonna put it. It is adjustable, it's got a little ball and socket back here for adjustability. And you've got all your wires here to wire up. They're very nice, they're what I would call a bullet-style connector.
And then they've got a plastic protector that would slide over that after the connection's made to keep debris and moisture out. The resolution on this monitor is 800 by 450. And as far as the viewing angles on the camera, basically, you're gonna get 125 degrees diagonally, 85 degrees horizontally, and 67 degrees vertically. So it gives you a really nice range of viewing options. Now, again, everything here runs on LEDs.
And with this camera, you're gonna have 12 LEDs here surround that camera to give you IR low light visibility assistance. So basically, in a sense, night vision, but not really night vision, and it's gonna make everything visible at night. The housing is aluminum, so it's waterproof and corrosion resistant. It is IP69 rated, so it's gonna protect close-range, high pressure spray downs when you're power washing your RV, camper, et cetera. Now, there is some drilling required to install this as far as mounting the screen, the camera, and maybe routing the cables as well, so just keep that in mind. Well, folks, that is gonna wrap it up. This runs on 12 volt DC power. I'm Steven, thanks for watching, and have a great day.
