Hello everybody, this is Jeff etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Curt eight foot long tow bar seven way RV to four wing round coiled extension cord, with the plug-in socket. Now this part is ideal for connecting your motor home to your tow vehicle for flat towing that vehicle. It includes this four way round socket here, that'll wire into the front of your tow vehicle. So, when you plug it in, it'll provide the operation of the tail lights, the brake lights, and the turn signals on your towed vehicle. The adapter cord connects the seven way blade style connector on your RV.
Just plugged that in. And then it goes to this four way round connector, that'll plug into this socket, that's wired on your vehicle. All you have to do is just line it up, slide it in. Once you slide it in, that cap, the top lid will hold it into place, and now you're ready to go. It provides the lighting you need.
It is a nice coiled cord, as you can see here. So will stretch up to about eight feet long. So, when it does, being coiled, it's nice because it prevents the wires from dragging on the ground. It is a durable molded plastic construction, does resist corrosion. And you can see the cord has a nice blue color to it for easy visibility.

The 4 pin connector does not fit any of my 4 the tow vehicle reptacles that are all standard 4 pin. It too big around.

It took longer to get delivered as suggested….guess due to Labor Day.
There were no installation instructions at all and the length of the cord was incorrect. Rather than 8ft that the prescription provides it was only 7ft long.

Hey Ronald, are you able to email me some photos of your connector so I can try and see if we have one that will fit? I have not heard of this issue so I want to get a better idea of what you have that way I know what route we need to go.
