Today we're going to be taking a look at the replacement access hatch for RVs from Valterra. This unit adds or replaces an access hatch on your RV, boat, horse trailer. It can really be used for many different applications. It's got a mount hole pattern that matches most original hatch rings, and this provides access to plumbing, electrical, cargo areas, and hose compartments. Really nice design. It's got an easy-grip handle on there.
It does feature a waterproof seal that goes around the perimeter of the opening to prevent leakage. It's constructed of a durable ABS construction, and the unit's black in color. It's got a UV-resistant design. The diameter of the opening, so measuring the diameter of that hole, that's going to be four inches. Outer edge to outer edge, overall diameter is about 5 3/4 of an inch. Then from the center of one mount hole to the center of the other mount hole's going to be pretty close to 5 1/8 of an inch.
Mounting hardware is not included, but it does have mount holes that go all the way around the perimeter for an easy, secure installation. That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement access hatch for RVs from Valterra.
