    Hey Dale. There's not enough flat space on your F-350's engine block for the Kat's Heaters Handi-Heat Magnum Magnetic Heater item # KH1190. This heater measures 5" x 4-1/4" and it needs a flat surface at least that large to attach to. Since your oil pan is aluminum that's not going to be a suitable mounting space either. As an alternative, I recommend the Kat's Heaters Oil or Transmission Pan Heating Pad item # KH24500. This is a 500 watt heating pad that you'll be able to attach directly...

    For that big of an oil pan you'd want our biggest heating pad part # KH24500 which is 5-1/2 inch by 8-1/2 inch. This is thermostatically controlled too so it will keep the oil warm but would not get overly hot. Considering how hot motor oil gets over-heating it with a pad like this would be extremely difficult for what its worth.
