Excellent quality, fast shipping. Finding a metric ball for our international application was a bit difficult. We knew etrailer was the place to go for all things "trailer" related. Very happy with the purchase!

Strong and seems to be well made and well finished. One-inch ball mounting hole. I used this for a Curt hitch mounted on a 2014 Forester and pulls a small Harbor Freight trailer. Perfect height and trailer is level. Warning - don't get their hitch pin, it does not have a hole for a cotter pin, only a weak clip that I would not trust.

The tow hitch on my daily driver (Kia Soul) is much lower than our other tow vehicle (1926 model T) Using this hitch allows us to tow with the trailer near level. Only important because it's a super light weight teardrop. It is not set up with a landing leg or levelers. So the trailer can only be used when hitched to a vehicle. It's two pieces of steel welded together with two holes drilled in it. As long as it doesn't fall apart it's excellent. E-trailer shipped quickly, no hassles! Sometimes it's not the product. It's the seller.

got it in yesterday, very very fast shipping and delivery. I am well pleased with the product, cannot complain about it craftsmanship at all, very well built. I added a rattle reducer along with this, I do recommend anyone putting a rattle/noise reducer on along with not only this but with any hitch insert. plain and simple they all will rattle and make noise.. but overall I recommend this to anyone... you will not be disappointed. Mine is on my 2016 KIA Soul, 2.0 L I have one of the Scoota Trailers designed to haul my mobility scooter...

My order was missing installation parts, but the etrailer team were quick to correct the issue. Even without a lift, I was able to install the receiver and brake light cable quickly, thanks to their extensive video libray.

I cannot emphasize enough how kind and thorough etrailer's customer experience team is. I originally (incorrectly) place an order for trailer parts that did not fit together, and etrailer took the time to review my order, identify the issue, call and email me to let me know, and place the correct order while over the phone. I am not an expert on any of these items so it is so unbelievably appreciated that they cared enough to check to see if I meant to order what I did. The delivery then arrive a day earlier than expected. What more could you possibly want from a customer service team? Thank you so much, etrailer!

Sara R was helpful helping me find the right hitch for what I described as needing. I was excited to see the hitch pin in my order details even though I didn't order it. Sadly, the picture gave me a false impression. Overall, excellent customer service and product.

Working in the sand and grass of my driveway my wife and I installed our new etrailer receiver hitch. Great fit and finish! Went right on as described in the online guide. Hitch required a spacer washer on top back bolt attachment point. Taped it on so it would not move while lifting in place and it stayed right there! Used a car jack to raise up and hold the hitch into the underside of the trunk tighten the bolts and reattached the tail pipe done. Now we can pull our Sunfish Sailboat any where the car will go.
