B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs
I pull a 14' goose neck dump trailer and a 10,500 lb fifth wheel camper with a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500. Both are obviously all the truck should handle anyways but I would never try it with a different hitch. There's no play, none, in either even after nine years with the gooseneck receiver and one year with the fifth wheel companion. I travel for work and have pulled the camper 6.5 hours. 10,500 lbs on a bw hitch in your bed is more safe than 5000lb on s tail receiver no doubt. Worth every penny.
easy to assemble. great instructions good product

Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter for Recessed Ball - Single Jaw - 21,000 lbs
I installed this yesterday on my flatbed with recessed ball and moved our 41’ sierra 20 miles to our shop for service and the hitch works perfect! I couldn’t be more satisfied in this 21k hitch and only took 30 minutes from the time I opened the box until it was installed and ready to go! This hitch is a must for recessed ball flatbed trucks
I just received my Demco Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter today. Installed it, hooked up to my first 5th wheel camper I just purchased, and pulled it home from about an hour away. Installation, hook up, and pulling was very easy and I am very pleased with the hitch. My rig is a 2007 GMC 2500 HD pulling a 2007 Sunnybrook Bristol Bay 3150 RL.
