Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Single Jaw - 21,000 lbs
Love this adapter. Works great on my Rota-flex kingpin and my B&W gooseneck ball. Lesson learned, re torque the primary clamping bolt after the weight of the trailer is on the hitch. I had it loosen up on me without realizing and the hitch rotated slightly in the bed while towing. After learning this it has never happened again.
Fast easy shipping. Great product. installed in a 2015 silverado duramax coupled to a rotoflex king pin box pulling a 40' toy hauler.

Gen-Y Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box - Auto Latch - Lippert 1621/1621 HD - 21K - 3.5K TW
Great replacement for the Curt Turning Point pin box! Easy to install and took a couple hours since I did it by myself. I had to purchase new 5/8” locknuts as the originals from the Curt install needed replacing. I also had to buy (4) 5/8” nuts from Tractor Supply since the Curt install had nuts welded on the front 4 bolt locations. I used the Curt 5/8” bolts and flat washers since they did not need replacing. I haven’t had a chance to get the trailer on the road yet, but see no reason why it will not pull nicely with the Gen Y gooseneck. It will be pulled with a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 6.6 Duramax and 10 speed Allison transmission.
This hitch reduced chucking very well, I have a 2004 3500 Dodge Ram 4x4 Conestoga riding truck with very stiff suspension, the torsion action of the hitch definitely helps when crossing bridges and pot holes. The 5th wheel is an older Keystone Copper Canyon that is in great shape. I Have 12K miles with the new hitch.

I have towed now for a few thousand miles since changing to this pin box and honestly wish I had done this years ago! It tows so much better than my 5th wheel box did! Feels more stable, no more bucking and so much softer and better feel when towing! Not to mention so much less hassle dealing with a 5th wheel hitch!
