Since you will be using tie downs as well as the E-Chock Wheel Chocks # EM09162-2 you shouldn't need more than 1 pair. Your tie downs should be rated for over the weight of your golf cart so the wheel chocks are meant to be used as a wedge to secure one set of tires.

You can inflate the Kenda 18 x 8.50-8 Bias Golf Cart Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM90002 to 12 psi but its capacity will be quite a bit lower than the 815 lbs it is when inflated to its max 22 psi; just be sure you do not overload the tire if you are not going to inflate it to max psi. It is also possible that you may experience some issues with uneven tread wear if you do not inflate it to the psi on the sidewall, so we do recommend always doing that.

I reached out to my contact at FloTool and the # FT11930MI wheel chocks are only rated for wheels that are 20 inches in overall diameter. They're designed for lawnmowers and golf carts and not trailers.

To install the Erickson E-Track 5 foot section # E19148 on your trailer you can use rivets, screws, or weld it to the trailer. Since your trailer is aluminum, welding may not be an option since the E-Track is steel. I recommend using screws, or bolts and nuts, and backing plates like the etrailer # e96RR.

Me and a coworker tried just now. While you can invert the assembly the tires would have to come off for it to fit. You are correct, the 2017 Toyota Prius that you have can only be towed on a dolly behind a motorhome. Good news is it won't put miles on the vehicle since the drive wheels will be on the dolly. I like dolly setups over tow bar setups for a number of reasons.
