Thank you for the photo, and while there is a 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2021 Ram 5500 cab & chassis, I checked with the manufacturer, and the TorkLift hitch you mentioned will not fit. So for a 2-1/2 inch hitch, you will need to go with a Curt hitch:

We do have a Class V trailer hitch receiver that will fit the frame rails of your 2009 Bluebird bus, although they are all weld-on applications as there isn't an option for a heavy-duty hitch that is bolt-on. The options are either a 3" drop or a 7" drop:

These rollers have an all steel construction and grease zerk fitting to allow you to easily lubricate the roller. While there are a couple option for a gooseneck hitch that can work for your 2022 Ram 5500 cab and chassis, the Curt gooseneck is a custom fit for the pick-ups, and there isn't a way it can be made to fit the cab and chassis.

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118384 would not be compatible with the Tekonsha Brake controller you mentioned. The 118384 is a 4 flat wiring harness for trailer brake lights, tail lights and turn signals. So it does not include any kind of brake function.

I have an option for you, but there is not a custom fit Gooseneck Hitch that is confirmed to fit your 2015 Ram 5500.
I recommend using the Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate # C65500. This plate is universal and it's normally placed on top of the flat bed, above the rear axle. You'll need to drill holes through the plate, truck bed and into the truck frame. The manufacturer recommends using (grade 5) 1/2 inch hardware to install the plate.
