Hey Richard, what you did is closer to the correct way than shooting for a torque spec. This is what we generally recommend:
The nut is ran down until there is no side to side play in the hub, and then backed off to the next notch in the castle nut so the retainer can secure the nut. Over-tightening the castle nut can damage the bearings, races and spindle.

When measuring to pick out an RV storage cover you need to measure the box length. What that means is not including propane tanks, ladder, coupler, AC units, or trailer jacks. Just the "box" portion of the camper would be all that you'd need.

Hey Edward, thanks for the pictures. I'm not sure where the junction box is located on your 2014 R-Vision trailer. You'll want to follow the wires from the 7-way to locate it. It shouldn't be too far back from the tongue.

You should be able to tell which Valterra Double RV Waste Valves you need by inspecting your current connection points. The one end with the lugs on it is the same on all 3 parts so you simply need to determine if you need hubs, spigots, or a combination of both.
A hub connection fits around the spigot so you just need to check the other side of your waste valves to see if the adapter has fittings that connect on the inside or outside of the pipe they are connected to. Then you just need... view full answer...
You want between 1/4" and 1/2" of preload on the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs item # TSS-106-40. If not you'll get a harsher ride quality because the springs will always been engaged or you'll get nothing out of them because the suspension will have to travel too far. Three 1/2" spacers for each side are included with this kit to make sure the springs are mounted correctly.

It sounds like you are asking which hitch ball is correct for the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution Hitch # C17499 you were looking at.
This hitch uses a hitch ball with a 1-1/4" shank so you will need either the 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler of your trailer. These hitch balls have a shank that is 2-5/8" long or longer which is perfect for a weight distribution hitch.

According to the information I found it looks like your trailer is equipped with tandem 3,500 lb axles so for replacement brakes I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA which has self-adjusting brakes. Once you perform the initial installation and adjustment they will keep up with the self-adjusting so you don't have to manually get in and adjust them when they are weak.

I spoke with a Lippert tech and confirmed that you'd be able to go with the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 8'1" Wide - 48" Projection - White Item # LCV000163289 as long as you had the clearance for the arms. The Arms are going to stick out approximately 7 or 8 inches on both sides past the flange.
