Generally speaking, a radial tire is going to have a few improved differences when compared to a bias tire like what you currently have on your trailer. A radial tire will flex more than a bias tire, giving it better ground contact, traction and stability. They will also run a bit cooler, especially when the tire is under a heavy load. Tow bars are meant to attach to base plates which mount to the frame of the vehicle. They are not meant to attach directly in place or or to the tow hooks or tow hook mounts on a vehicle. Your 2008 Hummer H3 may be constructed to be pulled from those hooks (check owners manual to be sure) but there is no tow bar or adapter that will work for this application.

Your 2007 Hummer H3 should have four or five blunt cut wires under the left side of the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. You should see a bundle that contains a red wire with a black stripe, a white wire, light blue wire with a white stripe, a dark blue wire and possibly an orange wire.

In order to be able to flat-tow your 2006 Hummer H3, there are 5 items needed.
You will need base plates for the Hummer, a tow bar, safety cables, lighting for the H3, and most states now require a supplemental brake system.
