For A 2023 GMC Acadia I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76023. The other options for this vehicle all require you to use a support strap when hauling cargo carriers, bike racks, etc. which is a giant hassle that you shouldn't have to do. The # 76023 mounts sandwiched between the frame and rear bumper beam for a stronger connection. I've attached a short video below where Jake will walk you through the installation process.

Hey Kim! The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED44CR will be plug and play. There is a little more to the installation since the main unit sits behind the dash and you have to install the control knob but the wiring is simple. We don't have an installation video on an Acadia but I did attach one below from a Colorado you can use as a reference, along with the written instructions. If you installed this on your 2015 Tacoma you won't have any issues. view full answer...
Hey Ruth, what you want to do will be perfectly fine to install the Curt Spectrum part # C84QV. The wires can definitely be moved again once the module or knob has been mounted so if you want to use double sided tape method to find out where you for sure want it that would be fine. view full answer...
