Hello Jan. We do offer several RV vanity lights but unfortunately nothing that is exactly 16" long. Most of what we have will be 18" long, like the Gustafson 12V RV Vanity Light # 277-000322 that you were looking at. The only other size we currently offer 13" long like part # 277-000325 which has only 2 shades.

It looks like the Dexter axle part # 60826 is a 7,000 lbs capacity axle. To replace the brake assemblies, I recommend the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 7,000 lbs item # 23-180-181. You will need one set per axle.

There are a couple of universal-fit options like the MaxxAir # MA00-335001 and # MA00-335002 if you don't know what model you have, but you'll have to do a bit of drilling with these.
